The truth is, I still haven't sent a single
Newsletter. But one day eventually I will. I joined recently (July
2007) Djanan Turan Band and we are going to play gigs together around
London. I guess some of you might want to come and see/hear us live.
She sings on a couple of my songs, and her music is similar to mine,
but still different (nice explanation:-)
There is still this unfinished album, "Aegean
Rhapsody" to be finished. Adding, lyrics, tabs and most importantly -
new music is good enough reason to stay informed - if your interest is
this kind of music at all.
So, if you like what you hear on this site, and you
want to see us live or be informed of new stuff, please do subscribe.
I will eventually start sending these Music Notifiers, but not more
than one a month.
And no - I will never share any details with
anyone.
Firstly, Privacy is a thing which I highly value,
and if I don't respect others, how could I expect to be respected by
others?
Secondly, as you can see, there's nothing of that
sort on this site. I mean adverts, affiliates, commercial stuff. This
is intended to be "people's" site, a sort of Communistic Utopia -
"Take as much as you want, pay as much as you can afford" - that's
what they've taught us in school back in Yugoslavia. Man, I never
believed that this will come true in one way or another!
And on this subject a short note (I know it's
totally out of the scope of this text, but I can't help myself): since
I started this whole idea of "Pay as much as you want", I received
prices I never dared to ask for my music. People out there are so
honest and generous. In the beginning, I was a bit scared, that I am
giving the music away for free. The opposite actually happened: I
never had a single "fraud" (someone paying £0.01). Quite contrary,
people actually pay £0.50 to £1 per MP3 track. It's extraordinary.
I am surprised, touched and thankful.
Thanks.
