Questions is a track in the tradition of the protest songs of the 79’s. Acoustic and simple, with lyrics in English. It’s about arriving in a new country as a cultural refugee. When the sunlight is replaced with neon glow; the warmth in the soul is replaced with an empty smile from the sales-person over the counter; where the only plenty is that of material things. It’s a semi-demo track, never truly finished production-wise. Composed and recorded 1999.

Is it light the flash and glow round me?
Is it warmth the heat I feel in me?
Is it love the smile that’s on your face?
Is it real the picture in the haze?
Why do I ask these things at all?
‘Cause the answer on all of them is – no!

How come confusion meaning choices?
How come depression mean just sadness?
How over saturate can ease the hunger?
How come illusion meaning glamour?
How come I don’t know any more what I need?
I am lost in a world that’s lost in greed!
