Calm is the fourth album of The Journey A World of Music Quatrology, a 4-CD set released in 2006.
Genre: Balkan / Mediterranean Instrumental World Music.
Calm was influenced by the the meekness and gentleness of the Balkan Folk Music, and it celebrates and reflects a part of the Balkan Tradition that is calm, soothing, and is meant to be listened to, as opposite to dancing..
It contains 12 tracks (10+2 bonus): 11 instrumentals and one Balkan Traditional song. The instrumental compositions vary in their mood from a gentle Mediterranean ballads to dreamy film soundtrack themes.
Featured Instruments: acoustic guitar, tambura, tamburica prim.
